Doctor Morgan Evans has always taken mine and my family's ailments seriously, I feel properly represented as a woman in her care, & have never had any issues receiving treatment.

I called to ask a question about refilling my prescription! My prescription rwill be finished in 2 weeks so I wanted to find out if I will need to see the Doctor to get it refilled, sometimes it takes 3 or 4 days to get it refilled due to having to see my Doctor first! But the lady kept cutting me off before I could finish talking! She was very rude as far as I was concerned! I finally hung up frustrated because she would not listen to what I was trying to say.
This is the first time I have experienced someone being so rude to me in that office! I rated this experience not over all which I have received excellent and kindness from others! She is not a very good representative of your office!

Found Dr. Evans to be very, very thorough as I attended medical visit with husband, THEN my Dr. Kim left the area to my dismay. I reflected on Dr. Evan's care of husband & was pleased she'd accept me as a patient. She hasn't disappointed me BUT then I just learned she is now leaving??? Am I wrong to be concerned with the physician turnover at Peacehealth? Both my husband & I are now reassigned. At our elderly age this is very very unsettling as well as to the doctors that get us added to their already busy practices. At our age mgmt. probaby rightfully thinks we won't be around that long :/
