I received a call back and needed to call back with some other information. When I did I had to go through all the screening again even though I had a case number and already completed this step and was told someone would reach out. I figured fine maybe the first person didn't submit my request no big deal. Then I received another call and had to go through the whole questionnaire again... I gave uo and moved on to another place.

Retired Army Veteran here. After 2 years of being given the run-around and having to deal with what appeared to be a lack of effort by my legal team, (whose legal sec changed at least 4 times without notification) Morgan & Morgan decided to drop my case. Mind you TWO YEARS of patiently waiting. I would NEVER recommend their services for anyone I truly cared about. The blowing off, I could deal with, the lack of concern, I could deal with, even sending me other clients' information "by mistake", I could deal with... but everything together is overwhelming. So much time wasted. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this law firm earned it.

This company must hire people who have no souls. They call non stop for made up names and we have told them COUNTLESS times that nobody named JANE WATSON is at our business which they continue to call MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY! Get a life and a real job. You must be hurting for business if you had to make 37 calls to me in the past 7 days! Clearly your company is doing great 🤣🤣🤣
