Your money is very well protected at Morgan Stanley! I love being able to work with a knowledgeable person and let me tell you if you get the chance I highly recommend Trent! Financial advisors are hard to come by and he knows his stuff!

Service has gone significantly downhill. Our family had multiple accounts over decades. When our financial advisor retired, our accounts were handed over to a new, arrogant advisor who was slow to respond, made "clerical errors" which were not corrected until we followed up, made investments with significant capital losses while the client was in retirement, and was generally rude and dismissive. We moved our accounts and I suggest potential clients do as well. Three stars for the decades of good service before the recent staffing changes.
