Johnathan reached out in advance to let us know he was en route, and upon arrival, he evaluated the rooms to be cleaned. He was meticulous and thorough during the cleaning procedure. He was also well-organized and tidy with the carpet cleaning equipment. Jonathan is a true embodiment of professionalism! His meticulous attention to detail during his carpet cleaning services is commendable, carefully covering your carpets with tarps and protecting your furniture and walls with protectors. He also made sure to locate our elusive cat before he started working with the equipment, ensuring it wouldn't bolt out the door!
