Hate this place. The staff treated me and everyone like complete garbage. Front yard always a mess. Rooms are disgusting and dirty. Constant fights between staff and peers. If your kid has problems, DO NOT send them here.

I used to be a kid in the system for 5 years of my life and one part I was in morning star I was abused here hurt broke my leg and had so much abuse happen to me here it’s a horrible place they make it look nice on the pictures but in reality it’s horrible my name is Quincy sparrow and I was abused here

This is an amazing place for kids in crisis. They are professional and hollistic in practice. The staff cares about each child there; and they go above and beyond to serve and care for souls that have experienced a lot of things in life that they aren't meant to have experienced. They are making an impact on the future of each boy there. I've met several men who were at Morning Star as kids and Morning Star turned their futures from aimless disasters that would have lead to prison into men who are outstanding citizens in their community.
