Been using Morrell's for a little over a year now, and I am happy with their service. I hand them sizeable orders with some tight turnarounds, and the always come through. Straight up old school dry cleaner, family run, professional staff - totally recommend.

Horrible first experience and would advise against going here! I took an item in to be cleaned and they ruined it! When I called to talk to them the staff were rude and implied that I lied about the damage. When I took it up there they admitted that it wasn't damaged when I dropped it off but proceeded to tell me that my "poor construction" of the garment was what caused them to ruin the faux fur and damage a hand cast one of a kind pewter celtic buckle. Yet the seams I sewed were just fine and had nothing to do with them destroying the fur! The owner assumed giving me some money to "replace the fur" was fair and continued to say it wasn't their fault. Save yourself the stress and find a better place for any items you want cleaned with care.

I went in Tue mid morning. They asked if Fri pickup would be OK. I needed them done by Wed. The accommodated me and had them done by 9am Wed. Very personable employees.
