Not so much a review of their capabilities, but rather a review of their people: I was riding my bike home on Jefferson Ave in Redwood City today (Oct 8th, 2:45pm) and one of their drivers nearly hit me with his pickup, passing me aggressively within inches instead of using the entire available lane to the left to pass safely. Oddly enough, to do this, he ended up using both lanes, straddling the dotted white line between the two lanes. When I caught up to him at the stoplight that he was racing to, I attempted to politely tell him that he passed me too close (he was maybe 8-10" from me, instead of the state mandated 3ft passing law, and I was in a marked shared bike lane).
His reply? "You'll get what's coming to you." before he sped off. Companies - esp companies this size, with trucks emblazoned with their logos, as this one was - need to not hire people who are so cavalier about the value of human life.
So ya. One star. Zero if I could.
