Buying our first house on a tight schedule amped up pressure on us as buyers. We lucked out by having our realtor lead us to work with John Werner and his team to get us financed. We had no idea how many steps there would be to get our financing in order and make closing in time. John, Kristina and others on the team patiently walked us through each step, answering our questions (including duplicate ones) until we understood. They responded quickly when we needed them. John Werner represented the buyers for my listing. I was pleasantly surprised on his constant updates and communication without me having to reach out first. It's not typical for a lender to even reach out to the listing agent who doesn't represent his clients. I wish more lenders had the work ethic and communication skills John has.
