Many people feel that service has disappeared from customer service. I’ve felt it. But this is 100% not the case from Morton’s.
We purchased a new fireplace unit as part of an unplanned home remodel and they have been beyond fantastic to work with. From the install to making sure we get the color of the cover right, they’ve been there to support us every step of the way.
We would buy from them again in less than a heartbeat.

I went to Morton’s Stoves recently to buy some fireplace embers. It’s like a type of fiberglass that glows like embers. The Customer Service /Employee gave me a small bag at no cost which I really appreciated. Morton’s has a wide selection of fireplaces and their customer service is very high. I would recommend them, and you can bet I’ll buy my next fireplace there. Also, recently I’ve had poor customer service with another local fireplace company, so I’m happy I found Morton’s.
