I rented a little Wonder high weed mower because my back yard was a jungle(weeds and grass over 4 foot). I'm not the best at using machinery. They took the time to explain how it worked. I have arthritis and physically not in great shape... not gonna say it was easy(for me), but I was able to get my large back yard done, with time to spare on the 1/2 day rental. They were super nice and super fast delivering the equipment and picking it up.

With the attention that they gave me and the quality of the equipment, why would I go anywhere else. Trencher dug up to 3 feet deep and we did not sweat!

Decent service. Rented a rotary tiller for one day. Worked fine, had no maintenance issues with it. Had to clean off the tines, since they were wrapped with seaweed and twigs from previous owner. Went in to drop it off the next day and upon paying for the rental, the cashier, Denise, says my total is $107.10. I give her my card and I end up getting charged a total of $111.37. I ask her about the charge and she stated that technically they don't need to state the debit card charge since it is posted "everywhere", with an emphasis on "technically". The issue is not that I payed an extra few bucks, but the fact she intentionally avoided telling me the actual total to make a few extra dollars. Defiantly a company that's just about making money, and not about serving the people of Moses Lake.
