This was a total nightmare! I reserved a handicap room and when checking into assigned room it was so loud and noisy there was no way I could stay there. Went to the desk, was charge $4.00 more for king size bed downstairs. That was 4 doors down the hall from the first room and just as noisy. After tossing and turning for 3 1/2 hours, I called across the street and got a much nicer room, quiet, comfy and at Studio 6 for less money. I called Motel 6 the next day, informing them and asked for a refund. I was politely told the manager would call me the next day on June 5th, 2024. It is now Sunday June 9th and no one has returned the call.

I was barely 3hrs into my drive home to Klamath Falls from Los Angeles but it was around 3pm, my A/C wasn’t working & it was just too hot to continue driving. The room was inexpensive, the A/C worked well, the bed was clean. The only thing is that they have roaches. I think I killed about 5 of them. I saw them coming in from right outside the front door.

My bike was stolen off the back of my car the one night we stayed here. They took the bike and the rack it was attached to. I still miss it months later. I filed a police report, which the county only followed up on months later. I called the motel multiple times to get security camera footage to report who stole it. Every time I got an excuse. Extremely frustrating. Makes me wonder if the hotel managers call their buddies when something good shows up that's an easy take. Ghetto trash motel. Skip it, stay elsewhere. And bring your valuables inside. Just keep driving if you can honestly.
Pay for my 500$ bike and I'll remove my 1 star review.
