I would skip this Motel 6. We stayed here during a long road trip. We arrived around 11 pm, really tired from driving. When we arrived, the clerk was not friendly or welcoming, which was in big contrast to the previous experiences that at different Motel 6s recently where all the clerks have been super nice and welcoming (even really late at night). One thing that struck me about this particular Motel 6 was that the clerk and office were separated by plexiglass, like at a bank, which made the check-in feel cold and impersonal and the hotel feel unsafe. I don't think I have ever checked-in to any hotel with plexiglass! Two good things were that I found that I had mistakenly reserved a smoking room, but the clerk was thankfully able to change us to a non-smoking room, which was clean and all we really needed for an 8 hour "layover" before hitting the road again early morning. Second, the morning coffee provided was strong, which was great for the second half of our drive back to the Puget Sound. Because I have stayed at other Motel 6s and other hotels along I-5 between Sacramento and Eugene that provided clean rooms for a similar price AND much more welcoming service, I would skip this particular Motel 6 location.

Very small room. Didnt like having connecting door to another room. Bed too small and soft. Was clean. No bugs. Noisy. Freeway, people talking outside late and upstairs guests made noise all night.

The loud noise from the pub next door will not let you sleep until the wee hours.|I am typing this review from my hotel bed as my whole body vibrates rhythmically with the persistent copy-machine-like beats of the "music" coming from the club right next to the hotel. |It's really late (past 11 pm), we drove 5 hours to get here, and tomorrow we have about 7 more. We chose this hotel to rest (good luck with that) because of it's proximity to the freeway. ||The room is good, the staff is great, but we are exhausted, upset, and seriously considering our options (should we try to get a room in another hotel?)||It would have been nice if someone would have warned us about the umbearably loud noise that we'd be hearing tonight. The whole room shakes every second with the intensity. ||If this is the usual, please inform your patrons about inconveniences like this one before they agree to stay. I'd never booked this hotel had I known I wouldn't be able to sleep.
