As a pet owner Motel 6 is my tride & true for my stay away from home everywhere that I travel. This particular 6 was a wonderful experience with the great pricing, a little bit out of town and with an excellent staff experience each time! All of the staff; Melinda, Josh, Ashley Stephanie, Danielle were the main individuals I had while on my stay here however, all of the staff we helpful, accommodating and professional. Thank you, Motel 6 Redding North staff for the hospitality.

As soon as I walked into the room it smelled bad and musty The bathroom had clumps of hair all over the floor where it was just mopped around and a dirty cleaning rag was left on the toilet cover. There was a large square hole in the bathroom ceiling that was covered up by a piece of drywall that wasn’t even sealed on the edges. The shower head had 4 zip ties on it but I’m not sure what it was holding together and the plastic shower head had a large crack in it and when you changed from a spray to a direct stream all the water came out of the crack. This place was disgusting, there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking “supposed to be non smoking premises” that apparently knew the employees because they kept going in and out of the office conversing with them. During the night one of those people kept yelling to someone in the walkway. This was supposed to be a convenient place to stay right off the I5 and a last minute decision but I would have paid twice as much to stay somewhere else. It was so disgusting I wouldn’t be surprised if they rented rooms by the hour. I will never stay at any motel 6 ever again because of this experience.

I have stayed in many Motel 6's and the one on Twin View is by far the best!!! The rooms are clean & spacious & the staff is phenomenal!!! Stephanie runs housekeeping so efficiently! It's nothing less than a well oiled machine combined with excellent customer service... Her staff works so hard to make our visits the best. General manager, Melinda McKinley & her right hand man, Josh, as well as the rest of the front desk staff. have perfected the art of combining professional information & boundaries while consistently being as friendly & helpful as possible!!! The comraderie & friendly bond of the guests is a direct result of the atmosphere created by the staff... They are kind. compassionate and always helpful... Thank God they left a light on for me!!! 😸😁😺
