Chanel is truly a miracle worker when it comes to staging and design. I have seen her turn several underwhelming, average homes into a hot commodity that generates multiple offers. It's always hard to make the leap of faith to spend the money on staging for a home, but the results are proven with her track record. Every listing I have had staged by her has resulted in strong sales prices and quick turnarounds. She truly takes time and pays deep consideration to stage and design the home in a way that will give it some soul, with unique and creative design ideas, yet remaining neutral enough for buyers. I really can't say enough good things. She is really great to work with, she always goes above and beyond, and takes a truly vested interest in making sure your home sells. Motif's services are far from your basic staging of just filling a house with furniture. Motif brings a thoughtful design and staging service at a good price. I can't imagine ever staging with anyone else after working with Motif... I think I am on my 10th or so project with her too...
