I have experience with piezo stages from PI, MCL and nPoint (currently Motion Solutions). And the latter is the worst of them. I had trouble with nPoint stages twice and got no support from the company. The first time the problem was with the controller, which I wanted to be repaired, but they refused the repair and tried to sell me a way more expensive "newer" version for 15K. In the end, as was figured out by our university electronic workshop, it was the matter of replacing a high voltage OpAmp costing 200 bucks. Currently, my PhD student sent them the request to repair their NPXY stage (one of the axes went bad for no obvious reason). They refuse to repair it even though they are still selling exactly the same stages (NPXY, 100x100x25um3). Overall, the company offers no customer support at all.
If you want something good and reliable, go for PI. I have no experience with PI customer support for their stages never break. If you want something a bit cheaper, but with higher probability of failure, go for MCL. At least, the guys at MCL support their products. But never-ever deal with nPoint (Motion Solutions). They will sell you stuff at the price of PI with the quality of MCL and with no support.
