This place used to be great but under the new ownership the great customer service and all the extra perks like a recycling/trash bin were removed. I used to drive from Vancouver just to come here for over a decade because the owners were so good and they took care of you. There are much cheaper places with better service much closer to home now.

Checked this place our in spite of the reviews because we like the location. After visiting 2 other storage places, we walked into Sumas Mini to a wonderful, cheerful lady named Chantelle. We were able to find the size storage we wanted at a great price. She went over all their services with us. Another fellow on the grounds was friendly and helpful. We asked about the bad reviews, she said all NEW MANAGMENT and damage control. So glad we stopped in and got our storage needs taken care of!

Outstanding service from Mountain Shipping and Mini Storage. Had a medical device shipped on a pallet from Tennessee to Sumas so that we could pick it up and take it across the CDN border ourselves. Vanessa and Justin answered all our questions. Justin even helped us secure our load. Highly recommended.
