For as long as I can remember in my life, this has been the main and only self storage in between Puyallup and Orting, at least on Highway 162 (Sumner-Orting Hwy). The staff is friendly and their rates are competitive, even compared to other Self Storage places that are more out of the way. Every summer they have a very large sale the best for about 6 weeks, where they sell off a lot of their extra units and items for very cheap. The only thing that could be improved with beanie upgrade you the gravel drive up area to concrete and I'm pretty sure many of the you still have wooden floors but that may have changed since the last time I was there
