While the managers try to make the place nice. The owners are only interested in making money off the elderly. The park has gone downhill since the brothers bought it. The rent has gone sky high with a 20.00 monthly increase evey year. Your basic rent is around 700.00 per month whie there have been no up grades

I have 2 beautiful friends that live here. Everyone I've seen is pleasant and I love visiting there. Swimming pool is nice. Maintenance is about perfect. Immaculate really.
