I am thankful for Bugly and Earl's quick attention to my vehicle. They were honest and diligent with their work for my VW and got me back on the road the same week. With parts still being a little difficult to obtain, I was glad that Earl never gave up. Price beat everyone else and now my car runs like the day we bought her. Thanks guys. I'll see you late spring or so.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scammer all the way. Told me it was a rod bearing and he was only going to do one because it was all he could find. I asked him if your already there just do them all. He assured me that only needed to do one. Well almost 700 bucks later and I get 14 miles and knocking again. I had it towed in and I live so close my car didn't make the knocking till it got warm. I got it home it was still not warmed all the way up. When I go to work is knocking half way to work. I call him to let him know and he says well we did what we could with what we had. I can rebuild it or put a new motor in. Wants 1600 to put a new one in and will cost me over a grand to get a new one that's used. Save your self the time and money and go to a real shop
