I have been a patient of All Women's Care for a few years now and recently had my first baby under the exceptional care of Dr. Kaiser, Jennifer, and their staff. The practice is extremely busy so yes, sometimes you will have to wait. Of course, this is a result of Dr. Kaiser and Jennifer taking their time with each patient. Their knowledge and compassion never ceases to amaze me; I have learned so much from them! The staff is caring and has wonderful bedside manner as well.
The practice utilizes an electronic medical record which is convenient for reviewing your own test results, or sending a note to your provider. Very helpful for navigating any questions or concerns.
I have been to multiple OBGYN offices through out the years, and this has to be my favorite. Dr. Kaiser is compassionate and an advocate for her patients. I am currently pregnant and almost towards the end of my pregnancy but throughout my pregnancy journey she was nothing but helpful and patient with me when answering my questions about my condition.
One thing i applaud this clinic about is the staff, from maria, to inez, diana and myra, they are all nice and accommodating.I've never had a problem making an appt and changing my appt with Maria. And i appreciate that. They always have a smile in their faces whenever i see them. Desiree, dr. Ray and Dr sarah are all helpful as well and i always feel comfortable with them asking questions about my condition.
Another thing i will commend about this office is how clean the place is. From the waiting area, to the rooms and to the restroom including the exam areas. I am glad i was recommended herefor my pregnancy and OB needs.
