Had a big miscommunication that lead to not understanding their pricing and how the service worked. Worked out the issue with the supervisor who handled it phenomenally. Greatly appreciated the customer service. Just have to ensure my info is correct when moving forward with appliances inspection/repairs.

Excellent and quick work replacing ropes and electrical cord. That would get a 5. Marked down to 4 because I had worked with Bosch to determine needed part and they notified Mr Appliance. Mr A still scheduled a visit to determine the problem, then ordered the parts and scheduled a return visit for install. First visit was a total waste of my time.
