I'll give them and A+ for their help giving me a courtesy measurement for an out of state wedding. Lynn's help was top notch! Definitely recommended for her polite, courteous, and personable service.

First, let me start by saying that if I could give more than five stars, I would. This has been my fourth experience with this Mr. Formal and more specifically with Phyllis, who had been an absolute pleasure. Each time I've gone through her she has exceeded the outstanding expectations that she had previously set. My most recent experience being for my Sister's wedding. We had been working with another local company to ensure the wedding was within budget but after some complications with the other company we went to Mr. Formal. Again we recieved amazing customer service and even under time constraints Mr. Formal came through WITHIN OUR BUDGET when others could not. If you are considering going through anyone else, don't... I never will.
