Yesterday 9/12 I scheduled a time window from 2-5pm & they were here by 2pm.
Showed up & he was a big help! It was just a little leak in the garbage disposal that wasn’t put on all the way right. Showed me how to flush out the pipes every two weeks & suggested a product from Home Depot. Was very relieved & thankful! 😌

Nathan Cervantes was great! He took the time to explain things about our water system that we had no clue about, as this is the first time we’ve ever lived on a well system. He walked through each option we had with our issue, and was really clear and upfront about the price. I also called at 7 AM, and they had somebody out by 10 AM. Really great service, and I will be asking for Nathan if I ever need anything in the future!

Appreciate the timely response for scheduling appointment, got us in the same day. Tech was very efficient and professional. Will continue to use Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.
