I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issues. Mr. Colby Leonard did an excellent job addressing our plumbing problems. He is very professional, fast, and efficient at the job. He is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Mr. Rooter company was very wise in hiring Mr . Colby Leonard.

0 stars!!!! Incompetent call staff. Called emergency line 9/21 and was provided arrival timeframe of 12-5pm. Pipe was broken in wall of a multifamily complex. When they had not called or arrived by 4:45, we called again and learned the call was never put through for us and no one would be coming. By that time all emergency technicians were busy. We wasted 7+ hours waiting, and they left a community without water for all that time-on a weekend. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Rooter to my worst enemy. Never again! There’s many better companies that actually care about customers.

I was out of hot water (it turns out my 20+ year tank tanked!) and they were able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved within just a few hours. I’m grateful for their exemplary service. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
