I have been a client of this shop for a few years now, on and off, and had always found Andy to be professional and to do a good job up until today.
This morning, I made a same day appointment for this afternoon. On my way over, there was traffic, so I called to let the shop know that I'd be 10 minutes late. I was then informed by Andy that this was unacceptable and that I was no longer welcome as a client unless I wanted to pay a $25 dollar fine for missing my appointment (BY 10 MINUTES, WITH A CALL AHEAD!) I respect the need to be punctual, but where is the client loyalty? Where is the idea that you're supposed to try to work with your clients?
I'll be taking my future business to someone who feels the same way about the word "client" as I do.
Sorry to be a hater but that sucked.
