Thoroughly satisfied with our experience with Dustin at MSA Ford. He knows everything about all the Ford trucks and I'm sure can answer any question put to him. We were also very impressed with the service dept. When we came back a few days later with a small issue and they immediately came out to the parking lot and solved it.
MSA Ford is first class "no pressure" dealership.

My first car purchase EVER was at MSA Ford, and it was an incredible experience! I recently bought a Bronco Big Bend with the help of Jayden Hicks, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Jayden was attentive, truly listened to what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations. He kept me updated daily on my car’s delivery status, ensuring I was always in the loop, and was readily available to answer any questions I had. His extensive knowledge about Broncos made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the process. Both Jayden and Carlos made sure that my experience with the dealership was easy, simple, and straightforward. As a young woman, I’ve had some negative experiences with car dealerships, but MSA Ford was equitable and treated me with genuine kindness.

I was nervous going to a dealership by myself for the first time but Aria was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. Her and the MSA Ford team helped me trade in my car for a ford escape which I am absolutely in love with. Couldn’t be more happy with the switch or with my experience with the people there especially Aria and Carlos.
