Called them because my garbage was not picked up...they told me there was a car near it....told them when i put my garabage around 10pm there was no car near it ....they told me nect time dont put your garbage bin in the public parking so they wont move your bin....i told them "sorry for putting it out" and they told me that i need to pay 30$ to pick it up and i said sure ill pay....day ends my garbage was not pick up....even my neighboors trashbwas not picked even tho its like almkst 5ft away from the car....

I cancelled service for household pickup over a month ago and despite three calls they will NOT PICK UP THE TOTES I REQUESTED. Now they wont even answer the phone or call me back. The totes are blocking my driveway as they sit in the street for over a month ! I am about ready to load them into my truck and deliver them myself.
