Found this practice through my insurance website. Dr. Barlow is attentive and trustworthy. He will tell you the truth, even if the truth isn't what you are/were hoping to hear. That speaks to me of integrity and expertise. I give it five stars.

The Mt. Hood ENT& Allergy clinic is located in an easy to get to East PDX with secure parking provided. The clinic office is well maintained, welcoming and clean--it was festively decorated for the season. Staff are polite and helpful. Dr. D. Barlow is a knowledgeable ENT doctor who is friendly/personable and relaxed. He takes the time to talk to you, gather information about your issue, record the information with you present, evaluate you/your issue, and explains his assessment and recommendations to alleviate your issue. He provides written information and explains it regarding your particular ENT issue so you have a better understanding and can ask questions. He gathers all the information about you/your issue and addresses it in a reasonable manner--he does not immediately go to aggressive treatment (i..e. surgery) when it is not necessary.
