I've had 3 different experiences.
1- the attorney told me what we were doing the moment I had walked in. Settled for a lower charge. Had he done what a paid attorney would of done, I'd have nothing on my record.
2- my husband went thru them. His attorney is like a paid attorney. He answers calls, or calls back. He makes necessary calls before we even being it up. He goes above and beyond. I was very impressed.
3- I emailed them about a current situation I have. I was responded to within 24 hours, telling me to call for an intake.
They show that they care at mountain law, not just another file, or another name. They take their job seriously. That says lot! Top notch compated to Pierce County public defender's. My first run in with having a PD in Pierce, I wasn't familiar with everyone's role..... Let's just say- I was surprised when I found out he was suppose to work for me and my best interest!
I absolutely recommend them. I am impressed. It's just unfortunate that one attorney who doesn't see the magnitude of how that one charge affects a person's rest of their life. And for some that would be enough to ruin an experience.
