I was trying to schedule an appointment on the phone and I have an accent. The receptionist was rude, did not take the time to understand my request, and it felt like I am bothering her with my questions.

As the receptionist kept interrupting me, not listening to my scheduling request and scheduling wrong dates and hours, I did not get a good feeling about the situation, thanked her and finished the call without scheduling.

I’m sorry that I didn’t even get to an appointment stage, but this was stressful and insulting for me and there is no reason that this should be the experience.

Update - an email has been sent and I’m waiting for a call back. 07-14-24

This is not a bad review of the physical therapy itself but of its front office. I was given a referral to this MTI specifically. I reached out and got an appt several weeks out. I then received a very through pre-appointment packet which asked everything including copies of insurance card. I filler this out completely. I showed up to my appt a week later which is a 90 minute drive BTW and as I am checking in am told "that will be $200". I asked is that the deductable? They said no, you are a cash client. I said no, I have insurance. I provided my card and they said. "Oh I know what happened. We dont take your insurance" So instead of calling me and letting me know this. They let me take a half day off work, sit in rush hour for 90 minutes and tried to bait and switch me at the desk for $200. Its a total lack of respect of someones time and then trying to make me pay the cash price knowing I had insurance that I uploaded into their system. Shady is all that comes to mind.
