Mark and his team did a wonderful job adding two French drains on our property. The job was absolutely grueling in the summer sun and his team worked hard and got the job done almost on time.

Buyer beware. Equipment failure, staffing issues and sketchy billing practices make this company a challenge to work with. He had to leave our job to go fix some job he botched earlier. He couldn’t start our job when promised because of logistical mismanagement on his part. His cheap attachments to his CAT kept falling off/apart. Further delaying every work day. He wanted 50% to even schedule us and the 30 days from the day we paid the deposit he wanted another 25% even though the project didn’t get stated until a week before that date. They called it 30 day progress but the project was only about 15 days from start with only 5 actual days on the job site. We were desperate for help so we accepted an outrageously high bid an never got any copy of what was actually to be included in the bid. So many things we thought were included, weren’t but we have no details or contract to fall back on. Our fault for being trusting and we were taken to the cleaners and had a two week simple job take much longer. He seemed like a nice guy but in the end he was a greedy, get what you can from the dumb customer kind of guy. We paid at least 30k more than we should have and we still have a huge brush pile to deal with. So all I can say is be wary.

I worked with this contractor on a project where the basement of a commercial property was experiencing a reoccurring water intrusion issue when high volumes of rain would build up in the soil around a basement window and would seep through the stem wall into the building. Our client decided to move forward with there proposal to install a drywell for a gutter downspout and excavate and replace some soil in a window well with pea-gravel and there attention to detail and willingness to work with us and our client was fantastic. I have spoke to the owner several times on previous bid projects and he has always been very responsive, knowledgeable, and informative. I would recommend this contractor on future projects.
