Mud Bay is amazing! The employees are super helpful and friendly, and the selection of products is massive! Our dog really loves going there as well, and being able to weigh her on their scale is an added bonus! The employees also always really go above and beyond with wonderful service!
Such a weird experience. I went in on 6/28 Friday around 4pm, I was looking around and picked up a bag of raw food. I asked a male staff if I have to cook it and he didn’t really want to be engaged. When I asked him if you carry Carna or Lotus, he gave me a weird face saying I’ve never heard of it. When I was finally ready to pay he said, “uhh…… are u ready?” And as I was paying he was rude, impatient, and rushing me to check out. I even had to ask if I could have a bag to carry a large bag of dog food. I don’t know what I did wrong as I was really looking around with my pup quietly and picked up my food. I really loved Mud Bay, but it’s a bummer to have such a weird experience.
