I moved to Bend from Seattle and was relieved when I found out there was a Mud Bay location here! This location does not disappoint. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that are always ready to help or offer recommendations and a solid inventory of options for dogs and cats, including options for other small animals. If they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they’ll order it! I can’t recommend enough.

Mud Bay is full of very friendly and helpful people. We went there to pick up a dog life vest helped us out completely and even without our dog. They knew what they were doing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is terrific! They have everything your pet needs. Our English Springer was overweight and they (Nicolle) suggested a change to her food, which worked out very well. I will go nowhere else.
