This place of business is very unprofessional and rude. Stay away from Liz Muñoz and Randy!! They will disclose your personal financial information!!! When I tried calling to speak to them regarding my concerns, they got very hostile and defensive and hung up the phone!!!

Be very careful when you are hiring this management company. We are extremely disappointed with Mugee management. While we are not entirely happy because the management never really did anything much for our HOA other than collection of the HOA fee, what got us was when we are selling our condo under this management, somehow their greedy hand hand made it to the Escrow statement. We were SHOCKED to find out that they nickel and dime us with fee and even make $$ off us when we are sold our unit. On our Escrow Statement, we were charged a $50 transfer fee, and $100 Move In / Move Out to Mugee Management Fee, and finally a $265 Document fees just for selling our unit. They've made an extra $415 just for doing nothing. Don't be fooled for the extra low management quote they gave you. You get what you pay for. Thank you Mugee Management for your services and I will never even consider using you guys again. Way to go Mugee Management!

Liz Munoz was the leasing agent for a home we were renting. Aside from her being hostile and rude, she also was a party to denying us a full refund of our deposit when she signed off on the property as being in good condition. When I asked her why there were charges for cleaning despite the flawless final walkthrough, she said the final walkthrough never took place... I have the final walkthrough document with her signature. Avoid all business with Liz Munoz.
