I haven't been in the shop but I have ordered from Muir Skate online. Scott and crew run a really tight ship. When I've asked questions on longboards or wedging/dewedging trucks they have responded to my e-mails in detail. When I've purchased wheels from them it was as if I was buying from Amazon but a very personal touch. Wheels were shipped super fast and I got some extra stuff with my order plus a signed invoice showing me a nice human being actually packed my order. Pricing and shipping was SUPER fair. I would definitely buy from them again as it feels as if Muir Skate was my local.

Scott is an absolute legend for his customer service. I asked if he knew when a certain item may be back in stock, and he threw an extra one up for me to order right away. That's going above and beyond to help a customer and I appreciate it very very much. On top of that, orders always ship quickly and for free and I've never had a single issue with any items I've received.

I'm a new long boarder who just bought their first longboard from Muir Skate. I was looking into two specific boards but Muir didn't have it on their website so when I emailed, Scott put both of them up there within a couple days! They also were able to swap my wheels I incorrectly selected with ease and were kind enough to cover the cost difference. I just got my board today and I'm absolutely in love with it!!!! Amazing customer service, super friendly, and high quality!!! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone :) Thank you so much Muir Skate Team!
