Our experience at Mullinax ford so far has been good, I will continue to update this review as I continue my experience with this dealership. Jonathan was the first sales representative we had the pleasure of interacting with. He made a good first impression, he was friendly, honest, and relatable, and answered many questions. Answering honestly and truthfully, when he didn't know the answer he went out of his way to find someone who did or found the information himself. He was relatable and did not try to push a vehicle sale on us. We gathered plenty of information and found that the initial vehicle we came in the see, try, and experience, in the end, was not the vehicle for us. Instead, a vehicle that we found would be the best fit for us, was not something we could currently order due to ford restrictions.
However, after some extensive research and an announcement from ford, had us headed back to this dealership.
Where we were greater by another salesperson who brought us to the front desk as Jonathan wasn't there that day.
The front desk heard our questions and the situation went out of their way to help get us to the right person.
We got into contact with Brian Casper, who confirmed what we had heard from ford and took the time with us to create a vehicle "wish" list. As took our information down to wait for the release day for our order.
We look forward to placing this order with Casper and moving forward.
