Always have got in last minute if there's an issue, and the doctors pay attention to your problems and get whatever you need done asap. Been going for a few years. Interchanging Docs with newer careers intertwined with experienced practicing doctors. To me, its important to have working Dr's that are fresh and new to the industry. They tend to care more about the process bringing a lot of what they know into the clinic.

When I started going here, LuAnn was my provider and it was a great place. Unfortunately 12 or so years later, there's no continum of care at all. They pass you around from provider to provider, all of who have nil experience. I can't even get a call back to change a medication that gave me a reaction over the weekend. The Dr on-call took it lightly. Making a blanket statement to triage nurse regarding reactions and told me to continue the medicine. Even the triage nurse thought the on-call Dr. Was invalidating. I had to discontinue as it was potentially dangerous and still waiting to get a call back today. They "ask" for 48-72 hour wait time. I'm finding a new provider. If you're in a tight spot and need to see someone in a pinch, they will do, but I wouldn't use them for your provider. I feel like my health has paid. There's several other issues; however, I'm not going to get into them here. I would leave ZERO stars but it is not an option
