Apparently it takes over a week to cancel an appointment, and inform a patient that you just won’t take them. Second time in a row I’ve had problems trying to get an appointment. It’s fine, if you wait out the patient they’ll just die, get better, or spend more money they don’t have to go urgent care. Absolutely pathetic. Way to value human life!

About a month ago, I walked in to schedule a new patient appointment. The receptionist stated the current MDs are not accepting new patients. She then told me that they would have two new MDs starting next month (June), and she would place me on a list for male MDs. She told me I was number seven on the list. She would call me at the end of the month to schedule my appointment with them, and if I didn't get a call by then, to call the office the first week of the month. When I called today, the receptionist I spoke to told me that they don't have a list and no new MDs that are starting. I feel that this office wasted my time. Now I have to call around to find an MD

My experience was bad. As a walk in for urgent care I had to wait five hours to see a doctor. I found out later that appointments for urgent care can be reserved on-line. They have trained the receptionists to say "No" and have do interest in the customer/patient's interest or need. This clinic needs to work on process and customer service improvement. 12/22/2015
