Front desk clerks are very unprofessional. I was told I'm lucky I got an appt because the Dr. doesn't see patients for my type of condition. Diagnosing me before been seen, strange. I had to schedule an appt with another clinic because I was in a lot of pain. Don't waste your money or time on this clinic.

Dr. Webb has been amazing in his care for me since the end of June. I look forward to working with him for the best foot care I can have.

Was in a lot of pain on day of my appointment and called to tell them walking was very difficult. Was told no problem cause there's valet at parking entrance with someone with wheelchair to get me through hospital to the office. All LIES!!! Got there and no valet since covid started almost 3 years ago. Only parking is on 4th floor. Called to tell them I couldn't walk that far snd was told again to use valet. Are you joking!!! People on phones haven't been to Tacoma General hospital!! Now I'm a no-show. Podiatrist should be closer to parking because it's Podiatry!! I done!!
