I had an appointment scheduled at 6:30PM on a Monday that I had scheduled over a month in advance with the details of my concerns. Shortly before my apt time, a receptionist called me and said Dr. Odle didn't have time to meet with me about my concerns. I asked if I could just coke in and do blood work which would have covered most of my concerns. He wouldn't even have to meet just approve the blood tests I was hoping for. The girl said she didn't think so but would ask and call me back. They never called me back. I have a feeling the Dr. just wanted to go home. Not even getting a call back over a week later is insulting. Thanks for making me wait over a month to cancel and not even call back.

I called on three separate occasions to get the dosage of my medication corrected and it still hasn’t been done months later. Unacceptable! Talk about being completely dismissed!

I've had nothing but good results here. I love my doctor, Jaderholm. He's very.good and cares about his people.
