The worst experience with the staff at Dr Anna’s office! I called to let them know I was running late and they said it would be fine to come in! I got there and spoke with Susan and she seemed very rude and said I’d have to reschedule my appointment! I’ll NEVER come back here!

Well my husband went to this eye clinic because he thought he had an eye infection. Doc didn't do a full .examination because if he had he would have caught the detached retnia. Called a week later complaining of poor vision and the scheduler told him they were a month out. Mind you he mentioned his vision was affected. That should have prompted an emergency appointment. He called around until Spokane eye clinic got him in right away. When you mention the vision issue they should have reacted. He may not get his full vision in that eye restored

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Went in for an eye exam on May 2 2024 with Anna R Wells and was in urgent care the following day with severe pink eye. This resulted in having to miss work until the infection cleared and lost income. And to add insult to injury was billed another $366 a month later in addition to making copay the day of the appointment. Had to rate 1 ⭐️ to post. Terrible experience.

Rockwood contacted me when they became aware of this review and did nothing but make the situation worse in their feeble attempt at trying to appease me. Absolutely nothing was resolved and I was only further agitated.
