Be prepared to wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes just to talk to someone. The hold music is terrible as well.

My review is not for the pediatrician as we see Dr. Gapen and think he's wonderful, but I'm not sure why everytime I call to make an appointment i can never get through or wait upwards of 30 minutes.

We see doctor Chris Gapen here at rockwood pediatrics. He's an amazing doctor. He makes his patients and their parents comfortable. He has worked hard with my son and I to come up with a good care plan for my medically fragile child. I highly recommend him for all parents.
