I called to set up my first appointment and no one answered so I called back and left a message, waited until the end of the week and got no call. I called again and they said they never got my message and couldn’t find my referral, the woman told me to call back next week so I did and she wasn’t able to schedule me an appointment until the next week. Monday comes and I’m thinking I might have an appointment today but I havn’t received any reminders, I call and the receptionist say oh yeah your scheduled to be here in 40 minutes, great I can’t get there in that amount of time, so now on Wednesday I have to try to make time around my work schedule to get in for my physical therapy. It has now been 2 and a half weeks that I should have been getting therapy but havn’t been able to but of course in our broken medical industry they just don’t care wether you get good treatment or heal properly just as long as they keep raking in the cash.
