I called at 2:40 to let them know I would be 20 minutes late to my 3:00 appointment due to commute traffic leaving work early. The scheduling assistant said that would be fine and would let them know. When I showed up at 3:20 they turned me away because I was over 15 minutes late. When asked why they did not call to tell me not to come in knowing I was on my way they did not have an answer. The receptionist was not at all helpful and condescending- repeating what time my appointment was as if I did not know. She then let me know the nurse, Skaar, personally told her I’m not able to be seen because of all the other appointments (there was 1 person in the waiting room). This is a new nurse to the location and you would think they would want to establish trust and keep patients base, but they just lost one.

Just your average medical building. I drive people here for their appointments regularly. The doctors they see here are good but that is just a couple of the handful here. Parking can be an issue as the lot is shared with the next-door apartments and sometimes the only spaces available are reserved for residents.
