This hospital is a disturbingly horrible excuse for a hospital, when my boyfriend was having major stomach pains, vomiting, and experiencing severe dysentery. They made us wait in the waiting room for 4 hours this was at 3 am on a Friday. And we arrived back home at 6 am. There excuses was they didn’t have any beds. They only have beds for patients with bone breaks and/or close to death. They don't want to waste their precious recourses on people who don’t have a bone sticking out and don’t have their tendons exposed.

Would not recommend this hospital. I recently had a procedure here and overall had a bad experience. Prior to my procedure, the nurses really struggled to insert my IV (this is a common issue for me so I understand to a certain extend) but attempted so in a pretty rough manner and with very little compassion, numerous times. I understand my veins can be difficult to hit, but it did not feel like the nurses cared much that I was in pain from being stabbed repeatedly. Nurse Jodi in particular lacked in good bedside manner and even made several condescending comments concerning my schooling decisions. However, 3 stars because my actual procedure went ok and Dr. Larsen, as well as the nurses (Janet and Janelle) that helped in the procedure, were very nice. Specific shoutout to Janet for being one of the nicest nurses I’ve ever had and even holding my hand during the procedure when it was painful. She was very sweet.

The person that took my vitals was so rude I was just a number not a human. Same thing goes for the triage nurse. No bedside manner at all. I hate to have to go to this ER. Worst hospital ever. I waited patiently for 2 hours and then was told it was going to be another 3.5 hours just to get taken back. I asked them to throw away my blood pressure cuff and they asked me to sign a form saying I was leaving the guy was completely uncaring and loud about me leaving. I will never ever go back to this hospital even if I am dying. All of your staff needs training on empathy and how to address a person. Awefull just awefull
