What a great little museum about the lives and shared hardships of people in Skagit County. It was only $4 each for us elders and kept us occupied for a couple of hours. You're going to have to hunt a bit off the beaten path for it though. It's at the end of a street, up the hill a couple of blocks from where most people roam for the kitsch of an "antique-y" town, but the search itself will lead you to some beautifully maintained older homes.

Have been to this Museum three times now, and it is fabulous. The displays change alittle bit about twice a year.... GO! So exquisite! FASCINATING Topics. And CHEAP !!!!

Interesting artwork. One gallery had pictures of native birds that are likely to go extinct if climate change is not addressed. Another installation converted forestry data into sounds.
