While i didn't make a purchase, the manager of this store was more than willing to help me out. I was looking for a new mouthpiece for an old trumpet I'd just purchased, only i had no idea what i was looking for, what size i needed etc. He pulled out a number of high quality pieces, but between him not being a trumpet player & my lack of knowledge of what i needed, we didn't get very far. I'll have to come back once i "get more smarter" about what I need to get.
Clean store, they have a little bit of everything of the more popular/common musical instruments. He did tell me that if they didn't have whatever random musically involved item that a musician might need, he could definitely find it, even if it was at a competitors store. Cuz THAT is how musicians roll: they support each other like family.
I’m not a review person, but I wanted to go out of my way to leave one here for Ike specifically cause he deserves it.
I’ve genuinely never had better service anywhere in my life than I did here with Ike. Literally tracked down the flute I wanted from another state, was patient with me and held onto it while I waited until I was able to purchase, and was genuinely excited to help me get the instrument.
If you’re reading this review and you also come across some of the negative reviews, those people are crazy. This is the nicest overall staff ever. I’ve played professionally for years, have taught, and I play many instruments, so I know what I’m talking about when I say this is a great store. I wouldn’t go somewhere unprofessional or unhelpful. Very sweet, genuine, intelligent, honest people. I’m closer to the Issaquah store but will continue to choose to go here, as I’ve been to the others and they just don’t compare. Again, thank you Ike and everyone else. Y’all are the best ❤️
