When I brought in my mountaineering pants for hemming the woman behind the counter served five people who came in to the shop after I was already there waiting for her to assist me. When I explained that she would have to cut and hem the pants above the knee due to zippers at the bottom of the pants she could not for the life of her understand a thing I was saying. It's a very simple alteration, cutting and hemming, whether it's at the cuff or at the knee. It was just ridiculous, especially after waiting through five other customers who came in AFTER me. Don't use this place for alterations. She has no idea how to communicate.

Wonderful and outstanding service. Quick and expedient work. The representative gave me a quick breakdown of what would happen and when it would be ready. She also took care of a small request on the spot and I receive that item within 10 minutes.
Great little gem of a place and I'll be coming back with any business I have. My only concern stemmed from her not wearing a mask for her own health and safety. But other than that this is truly another unicorn for me almost a 5 star rating.

I received a 15% discount for being a first time customer. I had 6 pairs of pants hemmed. My experience here was great. My husband's pants look wonderful! Will definitely be coming back in the future.
