Several times during the installation process of new software on my computer, I reached out to customer service which answered the phone promptly and provided the necessary support for a successful install. One of the times the representative used Remote Share Access and was able to assist with ease. Highly recommend this company purely based on the customer service I received each time I called.

I bought an upgrade to my ancient operating system at a very reasonable price. Had some issues with the installation process and sent a note to the support group asking for help. They got back to me within an hour and offered a secondary method to install the software. Worked perfectly. I'm very pleased and will purchase from them again.

I purchased an update to Windows10 from MyChoiceSoftware for my desktop computer, and being a 71 year old “not real tech savvy” person found I needed technical support to make it happen. I made 4 separate calls over two days speaking with different tech support individuals and they solved all my problems and dealt with all my questions while being kind and respectful as well as knowledgeable about my issues.
