Went in with my husband to get a suit. I had to break up the staffs chit-chat so one of them could help me. I hoped the lady what suit we wanted and she straight up told me the price was $500 and gave me a look like I couldn't afford it. I had already seen the price, and if I didn't want it, why the hell would I ask for that suit? Horrible customer service!

I came here when the young female was working here. She gave excellent customer service And was very welcoming. I came I bought a suit, I asked for the suit to be tailored, they didn't size anything or pinned anything. I got charged for that but still the suit was saggy and wrinkled. They couldn't even ironed it. I'm not going to ask for my money back I'm just not coming back. I will spread the word to everyone I know, I don't like wasting my money, Suits are not cheap.

Cons:

You will not get 3 suits for 129$

Their online ordering system is not functional. It states “there are no available payment methods for your state”. I live in Los Angeles, California.

Hours of operation do not coincide with what’s advertised

Pros:

If you go in person, you will get yourself a seemingly decent looking suit for about 170-270 all in (alterations not included). However, you can get yourself two suits with decent durability and look for the price of one elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. They definitely make it easy to purchase a suit. I have not had a problem with any of the 2 I’ve purchased here. If you’re curious or looking, I would recommend.
